What you might want to know!

• Is there Free parking ?

  YES, we have guaranteed off onsite parking for all guests

• Do all rooms have En-suite ?

  YES, All rooms have full En-suite facilities

• Is there free WiFi ?

  YES, we have an excellent WiFi facility throughout the Hotel

• Will we have sea views ?

  YES, all rooms have either a full or side sea view. When booking this will be clearly stated in the room description.

• Is there public transport close by ?

  YES, there is a Tram stop directly over the road & a bus stop approx. 20 yds away

• Do you cater for people with special dietary needs ?

  YES, simply inform us of your requirements when booking

• Are children allowed ?

  NO, sorry, The Fossil Tree is Adult Only.

• Do you allow Stags & Hens parties ?

  NO, sorry, we will not accommodate stags & Hens, we would recommend you look for hotels located at the South Shore or Central Blackpool

• Does the Fossil Tree have a lift?

  No, sorry we do not have a lift, if you have problems with stairs, please choose one of our first floor rooms, Deluxe Oak 1, Standard Spruce 2, Superior Beech 3 or please contact us direct on 01253 351599 to check availability of rooms on the 1st floor.

• Does the Fossil Tree have a bar?

  Yes we are licenced and offer an Honesty Bar in our guest lounge where you can help themselves to a selection of chilled beers, ciders, lagers, soft drinks, wines, prosecco, & champagne, as well as a selection of snacks. Service is available if required.

• Do you accept pets?

  Sorry we do not accept pets.

• What time is check-in?

  Check-in is from 3pm - 7pm. If you require a check -in outside of these times please contact us direct to confirm.

• Does the hotel provide local information?

  YES, within your room is a Guest guide full of information not only regarding the Fossil Tree but also about all of the local attractions, contact details, transport system, the best local restaurants, pubs, show venues, events, and much more.

• Do you accept card payments?

  Yes, we accept all major cards excluding American Express. We also offer Apple Pay.

• Do you accept Paypal?

  Yes - please call us on 01253 351599 to arrange Paypal payment.

• Is Electric car charging available

  Yes we have a Type 2 7kWh charging point (7 pin) available to guests at a price of £20 per nightly charge. This needs to be reserved in advance, please select from optional extras or contact us direct to reserve.

• Can I cancel free of charge?

  All our bookings are cancellable free of charges up to 28 days before arrival. Should you need to cancel between 27 days and 2 days of arrival we only charge the first night as a cancellation fee. Late cancellations within 48 hours of arrival (3pm) will be charged the full cost of the booking.
