Perfect location for tram system to go into Blackpool and explore the other way too. Very clean, quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Chris and Christine looked after their guests amazingly with wonderful breakfast and local information. Perfect 10 score as nothing to fault. Will stay again, over and over. Off street parking so car safe. Absolutely loved it

We booked at short notice for a 3 day break. Stayed in room 8, not many stairs to climb. It was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and catered for all needs. Both Chris & Christine were fantastic hosts. It was home from home. An off road parking space allocated for every room. A short walk or tram, bus ride from Bispham or Blackpool. Would definitely return.

We have been coming to Blackpool for over a decade, we've stayed in many of the hotels in Blackpool, and The Fossil Tree beats them all!!! Excellent family run hotel that specialises in couples, no hen/stag parties, absolutely will be returning and rest assured of not only guaranteed car parking but also a great nights sleep and a dam good breakfast! Very highly recommended 5️⃣ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel. Lovely and comfortable room with a great sea view. The room was spotless and offered everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast, very decadent with bucks fizz & an honesty bar for a nightcap. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had! Nice quiet area but with easy access to the hustle & bustle. The best kept secrets are Chris & Christine. The most amiable hosts who go out of their way to make your stay the best. Nothing is too much trouble and we will definitely return. Thank you ?

Ali, - Lovely easter break at the tranquil Fossil Tree

We had the most amazing stay at this perfect hotel. Highly recommend it, quiet location but easy to get to the busy part of Blackpool. Honesty bar is brilliant, Chris the attentive host cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. We went with my brother and his wife and we could have stayed for a week. Both rooms were lovely. The decor is spot on, comfortable bed, nice furnishings and very well looked after place. Lovely sea view and everything you need to enjoy a break, we could have stayed for a week and will definitely return. They could easily win the four in a bed tv show! Simply wonderful.
