Perfect location for tram system to go into Blackpool and explore the other way too. Very clean, quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Chris and Christine looked after their guests amazingly with wonderful breakfast and local information. Perfect 10 score as nothing to fault. Will stay again, over and over. Off street parking so car safe. Absolutely loved it
