Located on the first floor (accessed by 14 steps) and very popular with returning guests. With its relaxing seating and lovely views its really popular with our returning guests Its on the second floor and accessed by 28 steps.The Redwood penthouse room with gorgeous views across Morecombe Bay and the Lake District. With a spacious ensuite bathroom, lovely seating area and 48” smart TV. Its idea for those who love a view and want a larger room to relax and unwind. Being the penthouse its located on our top floor and accessed by 42 steps so not suitable for those with mobility issues.The Beach Room is a lovely superior ensuite with side Seaview’s. It can be either a Twin (2 single beds) or one Super king bed. Its on the first floor and popular with those who struggle with stairs.Maple Room a spacious Superior Side Seaview King ensuite room.
