The Elm Room is a stunning Deluxe ensuite with king size bed and fantastic Seaview's. With its relaxing seating and lovely views its really popular with our returning guests Its on the second floor and accessed by 28 steps.
Our Penthouse Redwood Room with Kingsize bed and Views across Morecombe Bay and the Lake district
The Redwood penthouse room with gorgeous views across Morecombe Bay and the Lake District. With a spacious ensuite bathroom, lovely seating area and 48'' smart TV. Its idea for those who love a view and want a larger room to relax and unwind. Being the penthouse its located on our top floor and accessed by 42 steps so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Superior Rooms

Our Superior rooms offer contemporary décor, solid oak furniture, king size bed and a relaxing seating area with side sea views. The Beech is available as a Twin or Super king bed choice.

The Beech Room is a Superior Side Seaview. Offers solid oak twin singles or super-king bed configurations, with a comfy seating area from where you can enjoy side sea views. Its 50'' smart TV and roomy feel makes this an ever popular choice, plus its located on the first floor so popular with guests who struggle with too many stairs.

Located on our Top floor its accessed by 42 steps and thus not suitable for those with mobility issues.
